Course Process
When you are in a group of people who do not know each other very well, the first thing to do is to break the ice so that everyone can feel comfortable and express their ideas without fear. Here you will find a nice example of an energizer to break the ice.
Comics energizer
Materials: pencil and paper, stereo
Process: The trainer plays a song (can also be instrumental), he/she interrupts it and gives the young people 1 minute to draw what they think the song expresses. Then the children show their drawing to the others and if the meaning is not clear they explain it. Then again, the trainer puts on another piece of another song and again the children draw what they feel when listening to that song. Repeat the action 3/4 times.
