When we do breathing exercises, we start to focus on the correct voice emission. We try to extract our voice in such a way that it burdened our vocal apparatus as little as possible. You should remember about the loosely lowered lower jaw (arrangement as for yawning).
Then we do exercises that correctly articulate vowels and then syllables.
Why is it worth singing?
During singing, we oxygenate our body, take care of our speech apart, develop our creativity, relieve stress, express our emotions and ourselves, meet new people, and set ourselves new goals.
Summing up, we increase the quality of our life by singing.
